Plymouth Industrial REIT continues to find opportunities in secondary markets, with most of its portfolio concentrated in the Midwest. The company’s newest acquisition is a portfolio of nine warehouses and a distribution center it purchased from First Industrial Realty Trust for $62 million in Indianapolis, Indiana, as it seeks to add scale in certain of its markets.
